We are a small, family owned business, committed to making high quality, fairly traded clothing in a cooperative spirit. We want you to truly enjoy your Mehera Shaw clothes and Mark Keller jewelry and are happy to work with you over the phone to ensure you get the clothing or jewelry that works best for you. We ask that you take time to consider your purchase, particularly regarding the size and fit that are right for you, and discuss any questions you may have with our staff. We also ask for your understanding regarding our return policy. We will accept returned items which are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with the tags still attached within 10 days of receipt with an accompanying invoice and an explanation of why the item was not suitable.

We are sorry, but we are not able to refund shipping. When the item has been received back in new condition, we will refund your purchase in the form it was paid. 

If you would like an exchange, we will do our best to send you a different item. New shipping charges will apply to an exchange.
